Janet Lara is a real estate investor and business owner who has been buying, selling, and managing properties alongside her husband, Raymond, since 2008. Together, they founded Refined Property Investments, LLC in 2013, building a strong portfolio of investment and rental properties through hard work and a shared vision.
Janet earned her real estate license in 2018, further expanding her expertise and ability to serve clients and projects. In November 2025, they expanded into new construction in Tahoka, with a focus on building quality homes that add value to the community.
Faith, family and community are at the heart of everything she does. Away from the business, she enjoys spending time with family and takes pride in creating spaces where others can truly feel at home.
