As an associate of Aycock Realty Group, I am excited to be part of a successful, local Real Estate firm. In addition to a 30 year career in public education, I have a broad background in real estate, business and accounting. I have listed and sold hundreds of properties in the Lubbock market during the last 20 plus years and have been a multi-million dollar producer for many of those years. Buying or selling a property is often one of the biggest financial moves a person makes in their lifetime. The value of having a competent, experienced agent guiding you through this process cannot be understated. Having a strong belief that owning Real Estate is a great investment, I started J-Mel Properties, over forty years ago and have extensive experience with successfully purchasing and managing multi-million dollar real estate investment portfolios. Throughout the years, my clients and I have utilized the tax advantages of real estate purchases utilizing 1031 exchanges as well as traditional financing options. My daughter, Christa McMahan lives in Lubbock and my son Seth lives out of State. Avery and Austin Greene, my two grandchildren, both attend Frenship schools.
